The SpotClean Pro Portable Carpet Cleaner is Bissells most powerful spot cleaner. With a combination of superior suction, tough scrubbing action and specially-formulated cleaning solutions, you can easily remove spots, stains, and embedded dirt from your carpet. The large capacity tank holds gallon of debris and solution, and the 5-foot hose and 22-foot power cord give you an extra-long reach.

The machine is lightweight and compact, making it easy to take into hard-to-reach areas. This product comes with a trial size bottle of PRO MAX Clean + Protect formula, a 6-inch stair tool and a 3-inch tough stain tool. The Tough Stain Tool scrubs and suctions away tough pet stains on carpet, upholstery and auto interiors, while the 6-inch Stair Tool has a wide cleaning path designed to make cleaning stairs easy.

Before you clean, vacuum to remove loose dirt from the area to be cleaned. Spray any Bissell stain pretreat formula to soiled areas or stains, and allow it to sit for at least three minutes. To fill the tank, remove the tank from the back of the machine by lifting the Clean Tank Carry Handle. Unscrew the black cap and remove the bottle insert. Fill the clean water tank with hot tap water (140 degrees Fahrenheit max) to the water fill line, and add 2 ounces of Bissell formula to the tank. Place the bottle insert back into the tank and tighten the black cap, and then place the tank back onto the machine.

To clean, release the hose by twisting the secure latch. Attach the tool that you want to use to the Hose Grip until you hear a click. Twist the Quick Release Cord Wrap and unwind the cord to plug it into the outlet. Press the Power Button on and point it approximately 1 inch above the spot or stain and press the Spray Trigger. Release the Spray Trigger and use the bristles to scrub the area. To lift away the stain, apply downward pressure while moving the tool slowly toward you.
